Customized cakes will be priced according to size, flavor, and design.  There are multiple sizes to choose from, based on the needs of your event.  Cakes can be finished with swiss meringue buttercream (which is light and not-to-sweet) or fondant (which is a sugar dough that gives cakes a smooth appearance).   Base prices, without design consideration:

Joselyn Perlmutter brought her love of baking to Charlotte in 2014 and quickly gained popularity as one of the premier talents in the culinary scene in the Queen City. With an elegant flair and fresh approach to the last course, Joselyn stands apart from the idea of a forgettable dessert. After finishing her degree in Entrepreneurship she decided to follow her passion to France and learned the classic techniques. Sweet Affairs is a completely different approach to dessert in the tradtional sense. With the traditional recipes, Joselyn brings a chic and polished look to the end of an evening.
